The king suite was spacious and clean, with soft linens that enhanced comfort during the stay. However, the hotel had significant issues. the air conditioning emitted a foul odor, and there was a lack of friendly service from staff, particularly at night. Breakfast could have been better. while plenty of options were available, it was noted that some items felt a bit basic and not up to expectations.

We had a fabulous time at the indoor pool, where our daughters splashed around and enjoyed the amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near the Toledo Zoo. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could use more healthy options. While they had the usual offerings, a few more nutritious items would make it better for families with kids.
